The Ideal Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, affinity partners, and other business leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative insurance products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in business development, consulting sales, or marketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and distribution channels to drive business growth.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional executive presence.
