Our Field Sales Unit focuses on revenue development and aggressive market share expansion by selling NV's suite of products and related services. The unit manages the country's client base mainly consisting of small to medium businesses.

The ideal candidate will implement NV directives to achieve profitable growth in the assigned area, together with Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and Territory Sales Executives (TSEs), to support the FS unit's vision of making NV services present across the Philippines.

Main duties include:

  1. Sales achievement and shipper activation.
  2. Acquisition of new business access points.
  3. People management and activities execution.

Key Result Areas:

  1. Sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Shipper engagement and retention.
  3. Market expansion and new business development.
