At UiPath, we're dedicated to transforming the way the world works through automation. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers who have responded to our marketing activities across the Korea region.

You'll be the first point of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements. Your mission will involve engaging with potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Korean are essential. You should also have a solid understanding of the sales process and be comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce.
