We are looking for a talented Oncology Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field sales team, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory and developing strong relationships with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Gather information on orders and market conditions from customers, hospital pharmacy, and sub-distributors in the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and implement sales forecasts for business planning and effectively implement marketing programs to target customers.
  3. Communicate effectively with the ability to negotiate, willingness to be trained, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any Science or Business-related course.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in a local/multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • A strong will to win and a proven track record.
