Travel Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional travel advice and solutions as a critical customer touch point.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We require:

  • Some secondary school education, high school diploma preferred but not required.
  • Previous call center experience in a sales capacity or other call handling experience.
  • Hotel/travel experience desired.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills – listening, written, verbal.
  • Social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.

Physical Requirements
