We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize our use of Salesforce, ensuring high efficiency and full utilization of its features and benefits. As the key individual responsible for administering our Salesforce system, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing dynamic, secure, high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement dynamic, secure, high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Create and manage Data Dictionaries.
  • Produce application flow charts and detailed technical documentation.
  • Define technical specifications to align custom applications with business needs.
  • Work within an Agile framework in a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team setting.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing.
  • Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
  • Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a focus on advanced Apex skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex logical issues.
  • Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable, with a particular emphasis on Apex proficiency in this role.
