Job Description

As a skilled Salesforce professional, you will play a pivotal role in crafting tailored solutions to meet our sales and operations needs. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial in enhancing workflows, streamlining automation, and ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Development: You will customise and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • System Integration: Integrating Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions is also a key responsibility.
  • Process Automation: Designing and implementing process automations using Salesforce and integrating Spinify and Spiff, along with other tools, will help improve efficiency.
  • Maintenance & Support: Regular system updates, data audits, and security reviews are part of your role, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. Providing training and technical support to internal users will also be essential.
  • Best Practices & Documentation: Adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards is critical, and maintaining detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations is also vital.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.
  • Strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is necessary.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Spinify, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders are essential.

This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A passion for Salesforce and a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills are highly valued.
