What is the job?

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing and building world-class Salesforce applications to support CRM, engagement, care management, and scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities:


• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

• Gather requirements, estimate development efforts, and align projects with business goals.

• Maintain security, adhere to best practices, and document code and user manuals.

• Manage release cycles, deploy updates, and collaborate on security and scalability.

• Test applications for stability, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure quality standards.

• Provide technical training and support for effective use of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.


• Holds basic Salesforce Developer certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer).

• Proficient in developing user-friendly interfaces and working with Salesforce applications.

• Strong in Agile environments, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Expertise in Salesforce CRM, customization, Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce, and MYSQL.

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive in optimizing software and adhering to best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, liaising with stakeholders and documenting technical solutions.
