Talent Attraction Specialist | Hiring Salesforce People

As a key member of the Salesforce Practice, you will utilise your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for clients. A respected consultant and advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery.

Building strong relationships are integral to the role, providing trusted advice and guidance to clients, partners and team members. It is expected that you will work to develop and maintain methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure Salesforce applications and customize them using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain data security and privacy by ensuring Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and functional challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in solution design and implementation.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
