Data Quality Lead

The Data Quality Lead will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-quality annotation workflows to ensure reliable data without compromising speed or efficiency. This involves leading a team of Data Quality Analysts, setting clear quality goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
- To accomplish this, the Data Quality Lead will develop and refine robust QA processes, SOPs, and statistical quality metrics (e.g., F1 score, inter-annotator agreement) to protect annotation integrity.
- The Data Quality Lead will create dashboards and reports that reveal quality trends, root causes of errors, and improvement opportunities; communicate insights to leadership and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Quality Analysts.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust QA processes and statistical quality metrics.
- Data Transparency: Create dashboards and reports to reveal quality trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data quality assurance or related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of data quality principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead a team.
