Our organization is seeking an accomplished UI/UX Designer to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for creative and passionate individuals to take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing through to final visual design and implementation support.

We are looking for someone who excels in user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting user research and usability testing, as well as proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design Conceptualization: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Visual Design: Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
