UI/UX Design Specialist

As a UI/UX Design Specialist, you will drive impactful digital design projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders, uncovering requirements, designing effective solutions, and guiding developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead 'work in progress' meetings with clients, present implemented feedback, and conduct instructional sessions. You'll also have the chance to shape the design process while keeping projects on track, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take client briefs and guide them through user flows, wireframing, design, and specification of design solutions for developers.
  • Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for various clients.
  • Have educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justifying and articulating design decisions.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders and work with the front-end development team to handover designs and test completed products.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish.
  • Expertise in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design.
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Skill in creating designs that look great and work well on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Confidence in suggesting new ideas and improving how things are done.
