Job Description

As a highly skilled Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our e-commerce clients. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers daily via email, Slack, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. You will work closely with internal teams to escalate or complex issues and contribute to the growth and development of our support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple open customer conversations simultaneously
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and juggling priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is a bonus
