Senior Field Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Field Operations Manager to lead our team in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing field teams, improving quality and efficiency, and developing strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field engineers to ensure the efficient installation, testing, and maintenance of our network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, manage resources, and meet project timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in field operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
