Job Description As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for connecting potential customers with our sales team to schedule consultations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers
  2. Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  3. Accurately inputting information into our system
  4. Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts
  5. Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
  6. Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
  7. Participating in process-improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful as an Appointment Coordinator, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills. You must also have a strong internet connection and a designated professional workspace.
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role
