The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of virtual assistants with clients' expectations. This position demands exceptional leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving to meet required targets.
- Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical's services.
- Effectively manage Medical Client-VA relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in medical or healthcare-related fields, preferably with a degree. A minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred).
- At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience.
- High proficiency in the English Language (written and oral).
- Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and highly motivated.
- Optional: At least one year of Training and Development experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Open to working flexible hours, including night shifts.
