Job Overview

This position oversees the end-to-end development of offline credit initiatives, encompassing pitching to prospective brand partners, negotiation of commercial terms, data analysis, business development strategies, accreditation and documentation of partner brands, market research, liaison with internal partners, collaboration with product teams, and training and onboarding of front-line personnel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement offline credit initiatives from start to finish.
  • Pitch and negotiate with prospective brand partners to secure partnerships.
  • Analyze data and propose business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Handle the accreditation and documentation of partner brands.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal partners to implement marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize features and improve product offerings.
  • Train and onboard front-line personnel.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and SME lending is a plus.
  • Able to take ownership of multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel or be assigned to different cities within metro manila.
