
Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to take on the role of Pre-Sales Scale Head. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and conversion in both Enterprise and MSME segments.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in B2B, Fintech, Tech, or FMCG industry roles involving solutioning, commercialization, or product marketing. They will possess a proven ability to translate complex product features into business solutions with measurable commercial impact.
A strong understanding of pricing, GTM, and product-market fit principles is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative business models that drive revenue growth and conversion in targeted segments.
- Develop and implement sales tools such as pitch decks, solution one-pagers, ROI tools, and demo scripts to support commercial selling efforts.
- Translate business models into effective sales strategies that drive incremental revenue, conversion, or usage growth.
Must-Haves:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B, Fintech, Tech, or FMCG industry roles involving solutioning, commercialization, or product marketing.
- Proven ability to translate complex product features into business solutions with measurable commercial impact.
- Experience working across both large enterprises and MSME segments.
- Strong understanding of pricing, GTM, and product-market fit principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills.

- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools.
