Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the successful delivery of technology solutions across multiple domains.

About the Role

This role requires a highly experienced and organised individual to oversee a mix of internal and client-facing projects, managing complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal and client-facing projects, from planning through delivery
  • Lead the delivery of internal product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
  • Oversee projects involving data pipelines, dashboard/reporting solutions, and IT infrastructure
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources
  • Ensure strong documentation, status tracking, and proactive risk and issue management
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering technical and/or product-focused projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Prince2 (certification preferred but not essential)
  • Experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based technology stacks — strong conceptual understanding required
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness — able to align project delivery with business priorities and value
