Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality, predictability, and timely delivery of software products.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our software products and hardware components.
  • Document Review: Review and interpret project documents such as concept documents, design documents, and use cases.
  • Test Planning: Develop test plans and strategies to validate software covering performance, interoperability, compatibility, security, usability, and automation.
  • Test Environment Setup: Set up and configure test environments, including hardware and software systems and complex test systems.
  • Testing and Defect Management: Complete scripted and exploratory test cases, plan validation work accordingly, identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Methodology Improvement: Lead efforts to improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes, providing insights to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in networking, virtual machine setup, problem-solving, and technical reporting. Strong verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AI Experience: Experience in AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
  • Agile Development: Experience in Agile Software Development.
