Software Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead software development teams in the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into software solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful software project delivery, including Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
