You should also possess proficiency in using mortgage broking software and have excellent customer service skills, a friendly, professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. You should be able to work well within a team environment and maintain harmonious relationships with clients and colleagues. Clear and effective English communication skills, with minimal accent, are essential for this role.
