Are you a motivated professional with experience in audit procedures? Do you have a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles? We are seeking an experienced EBP Audit Associate to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves performing audits of client financial statements, specifically in the area of Employee Benefit Plans (EBP). You will be responsible for documenting your findings and recommendations, as well as assisting in the identification and mitigation of technical issues.

As an EBP Audit Associate, you will work closely with senior personnel to ensure that all audit work is completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be expected to develop and maintain knowledge of current audit legislation and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in US audit procedures, with at least 20% of this experience being in EBP
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
