About the Job

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our PR team with research and data collection for digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will work directly with the Head of PR to gather data that fuels outreach and media campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and compiling lists of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Gathering data from websites, social platforms, and third-party tools.
  • Scraping information from search engines and databases.
  • Identifying relevant statistics and supporting evidence for PR campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior experience in virtual assistance, research, or data entry, as well as basic familiarity with data scraping tools or techniques. Additionally, they should have experience with media list building or journalist databases, strong written and spoken English, and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and web-based tools.
