Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role is a support position for the marketing team, focusing on assisting with design, events, communications, and internal projects. This role acts as a central point of coordination for marketing requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks, adherence to brand guidelines, and quality standards.

This position requires close collaboration with the marketing team, third-party vendors, and cross-department stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include facilitating marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking multiple projects, and creating, adapting, and repurposing marketing content for various channels.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and HubSpot, as well as proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana or Trello. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a polished, modern design aesthetic.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with an eye for branding consistency and layout detail.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate competitor or campaign insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, content drafting, and process efficiency.
