Job Opportunity for Marketing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to an entrepreneur with a mix of marketing, video editing, social media management, and general tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing efforts: Assist with email campaigns, content creation, and digital promotions
  • Edit videos: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content using Adobe tools
  • Manage social media: Plan, schedule, and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Administrative support: Manage calendars, emails, research tasks, and file organization
  • Create content: Help design visually aligned graphics and written content according to brand guidelines
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello), and social media schedulers (e.g., Zapier, Hootsuite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Able to adapt quickly, take initiative, and follow through without constant supervision
