Job Description:
  • The Brand Development Specialist will be responsible for launching and scaling new brands from start to finish.
  • You will participate in research, planning, and execution phases of brand development, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation of brand strategies.
  • As a Brand Development Specialist, you will engage in market research, conduct initial product and market research, and work closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute innovative ideas for brand growth and market penetration.
  • Support the brand team in different stages of the brand lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of brand strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Enthusiastic about brand development and market dynamics.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
