Remote Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Property Manager to oversee the remote management of properties and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, setting up new properties in client software platforms, and coordinating tenant move-in and move-out processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing vendors, assigning work, obtaining approval, and ensuring successful completion and billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
  • New Client Onboarding: Set up new properties in client software platforms and ensure new property owners are informed and confident in our ability to manage their properties effectively.
  • Lease Renewals: Track and manage renewals to minimize vacancy.
  • Maintenance: Oversee vendors, assign tasks, obtain approvals, and ensure successful completion and accurate billing.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-ins, rent collection, posting of notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-outs.
Ideal Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients.
  • Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
