Proposal Management Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves managing the entire tender process across various engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical experts, developing high-quality proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating technical experts to develop compliant and compelling proposals.
  • Overseeing the technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects.
  • Ensuring proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
