Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to support our clients in a dynamic contact center environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting, is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Compliance: Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, participating in training and coaching to improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Cognitive Abilities: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
