Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional call center agent to work from home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Elevate customer feedback as necessary.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead follow-up and research.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business deals.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed activity and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Possession of own computer, Microsoft Office suite, phone, and reliable internet connection.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
