Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with training and updates on products and services

Requirements and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
