Team Lead - Support Services

Lead a high-performing support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex escalations, monitor performance metrics, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the timely resolution of customer support tickets and maintain open communication channels.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce operations, including training programs, reporting analytics, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve intricate challenges and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in production environments.
  • At least 5 years of SQL expertise and leadership experience.
  • A strong background in Linux, networking fundamentals, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Proficiency in cloud systems, including networking and storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Familiarity with Java, JSP, or jQuery programming languages.
  • Background in the utility industry or Smart Grid technologies.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
