Job Overview

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and development of store staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering and receiving, and ensure accurate reconciliation of cash and credit transactions.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership skills and setting a positive example for team members.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a retail or supervisory role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • College degree in business or related field preferred, but not required.
