Line Loss Analyst Job Description

This position plays a key role in optimizing line performance and driving business growth by identifying areas for improvement through loss data analysis.


Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate line loss analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance equipment efficiency and minimize losses.
  • Analyze data to prioritize loss elimination opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the team towards executing changeover activities based on standard durations to ensure timely completion.
  • Investigate out-of-limit centerline issues and develop control strategies to prevent recurrence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Electronics Communications, or Mechatronics)
  • Extensive experience in Production Operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality output.
  • Strong background in Flour Milling, including process flow, equipment handling, and quality assurance.
  • Adept analytical and technical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Prominent communication and interpersonal skills.
