Job Description:

We seek a skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our cloud infrastructure initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical delivery leadership, mentorship, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Development in Projects:
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members.
  • Serve as a coach in a player-coach model to support the upskilling of team members.
  • Foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and external partners.
Delivery Support Activities:
  • Function as technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements.
  • Partner with delivery excellence to ensure project milestones align with project plans.
  • Have a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and their implementation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies.
  • Assist the delivery team in reaching billable targets by resolving project blockers.
  • Help facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
  • Drive alignment between technical mesh points between other practice areas.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and their impact on existing offerings.
  • Obtain relevant industry certifications, such as the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
Business Development Leadership:
  • Gain exposure to other offerings to position them in existing infrastructure engagements.
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities.
  • Lead the infrastructure offerings committees to define and drive forward standard offerings.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent technical skills, experience in cloud infrastructure, and strong leadership abilities.
