Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native systems and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will support the development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to enhance deployment speed and team efficiency.
  • You will execute established automation for updates and upgrades to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • You will participate in incident response and root cause analysis to drive production improvements and identify business opportunities.
  • You will provide guidance on enabling end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services.
  • You will work on building automation to eliminate waste and manual tasks, prevent problem recurrence, and respond to service alerts.
  • You will support Kubernetes clusters in Azure and AWS, including cluster management, upgrades, security policies, and application deployment with Argo CD.
  • You will execute infrastructure-as-code automation with Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.
  • You will promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have working knowledge of infrastructure operations and engineering concepts in AWS and Azure.
  • You should have strategic problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making ability with a sense of urgency.
  • You should have experience building, maintaining, monitoring, logging, and optimizing cloud-native business solutions.
  • You should be proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Terraform.
  • You should have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
