We are seeking a skilled Subtitling Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of professional experience in subtitling, with a strong understanding of technical tools and software. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.

The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Create and export different subtitle formats and prepare deliverable assets.
  • Fully understand client-specific protocols and adhere to all special instructions.
  • Perform full technical QC on both English and non-English subtitle files.
  • Prepare and send communications to internal departments and 3rd party vendors regarding project specs, revisions, and approvals.
  • Create backup files for client archival purposes.
