Leading the Quality Assurance Strategy

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead our quality assurance strategy across teams, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

This role involves mentoring QA engineers, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals.

They will maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
