Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building relationships with potential customers.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential customers via various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engaging and building rapport with potential customers to determine the suitability of our products/services to their needs.
- Scheduling sales demos and meetings.
- Managing a CRM or contact list.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
- Setting sales goals to increase revenue and reporting sales team performance results.
- Creating and distributing customer surveys and compiling the results in a datasheet or report.
- Conducting general administration tasks.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Performing ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level).
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP).
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
