About the Role

This role focuses on developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and partnerships.

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and partnering with influencers, creators, and brands.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Coordinate logistics, deadlines, and deliverables related to collaborations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or marketing coordination roles.
  • Prior experience working within DTC or CPG marketing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, or influencer platforms.
  • Proficiency with organizational and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable navigating influencer marketing platforms and digital tools.
