
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide assistance and troubleshooting for clients across various industries.
This role involves responding to technical inquiries, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and guiding customers through solutions with patience and professionalism.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
Strong call center experience is required, as well as strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. A high-speed internet connection and an appropriate work environment are also essential.
