Job Description

The Head of Administration and Facilities will be responsible for leading our administration and facilities teams in the Philippines. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in facilities management, administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Head the entire administration and facilities team in the Philippines.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, health and safety, and security.
  3. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including reporting requirements and audit management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in facilities management with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the BPO/Shared Services industry.
  • Certifications: Must have all the below certifications: PCO (Pollution Control Officer Certification), BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health), Safety Officer 3, Managing Head Certification.
  • Communication Skills: Should have good communication skills both written and spoken.
