About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Operations Head to join our Building Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Operations Head in leading the team and be responsible for managing the tactical delivery for assigned properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, property operations, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for regular site inspections, internal audits, customer and client experience, database/ records maintenance, events coordination, and contracts and permit monitoring.

Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering related course.
  • Minimum of 5 year's managerial experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience working in commercial buildings, Exposure to hospitality and events management.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, local health, and occupational safety requirements.
  • Strong understanding of basic technical aspects of the property (HVAC, FDAS, Firepro, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, BMS).
  • Ability to prepare and conduct training for work program implementations.
  • Exhibits solid communication skills, with an ability to calmly resolve disputes or complaints.
  • Good business communication skills (verbal and written) to enable successful coordination and alignment with tenants.
