Procurement and Administration Head

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented Procurement and Administration Head to lead our procurement and office administration efforts at Nezda Technologies, Inc.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the procurement function, including pre-qualification, supplier agreement negotiation, contract preparation, and tender management
- Coordinating office administration activities, including inventory management and budget preparation
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners
- Ensuring office compliance with regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards
**Requirements:**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an admin manager role
- Proven experience as an admin manager
- Proficiency in office administration
- Strong administrative writing and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Ability to start immediately
- Flexibility and willingness to work onsite in Makati
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative-taking ability
- Good understanding of office management procedures and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
