Job Overview

This is a remote position focused on improving user experience and driving conversions. The role involves managing product listings, third-party integrations, and website performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify stores, eCommerce marketing strategies, and strong analytical skills.

About the Role
  • Manage and update the Shopify store to ensure accurate and functional products, collections, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers as needed.
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to improve conversions.
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability.
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management.
  • Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels).
  • Monitor store performance using Shopify and Google Analytics; create reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
