Role Overview

The Product Listing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our team by accurately handling product listings on BigCommerce. Key responsibilities include uploading product details, organizing images, ensuring alt text and descriptions are SEO-friendly, and maintaining catalog accuracy. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers to gather necessary product information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload products to BigCommerce, including titles, descriptions, and pricing information
  • Organize and upload product images, including adding SEO-friendly alt text
  • Review product listings for accuracy and consistency
  • Communicate and liaise with suppliers to obtain product information sheets, price sheets, and image files
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely product launches and updates
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce preferred)
  • Familiarity with uploading and optimizing product listings (text, images, alt text)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
