Role Summary

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless management of credentialing processes for clients across various healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify required documentation from providers to ensure compliance with industry regulations:
    • Accreditation and membership certifications
    • Facility privileges and access agreements
  • Assist providers in completing payer forms accurately and efficiently:
    • Compliance checks and verification processes
  • Provide timely updates to providers on their credentialing progress and respond to inquiries:
    • Regulatory alerts and notifications
    • Expiring certificates and reapplications
    • Deficiencies in credentialing requirements
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in US-based credentialing processes is essential
  2. Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry is crucial
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required
  4. Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  5. Credentialing certification is mandatory
Requirements
  1. A high level of comfort working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
  2. Reliable internet access at home and/or a mobile hotspot
  3. A laptop/desktop with at least 8 GB RAM for efficient workflow management
