  • Identifies and resolves hardware and software problems reported to the ticketing system in support of SomnoMed Philippines' operations.
  • Utilizes existing documentation, training & resources to handle ticket requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Solicits relevant information from users to describe non-routine problems to other IT service groups for problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or any field of study.
  • Relevant certifications in programming or IT.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively using the English language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Work Schedule:

Flexible working hours including night shifts, weekends, and extended hours required.
