Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

Job Description:

• Responsible for the ads purchasing of our app through Facebook / Google / Tik Tok and other paid channels.
• Independently complete work such as creating accounts in related platforms, analysing targeted users, optimising ads contents, improving overall ROI, etc.
• Work closely with designers to develop ads content plan, based on data analysis and user portrays for overseas users
• Communicate closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing proper digital growth strategies in an orchestrated way
• Keep track on latest industry trends, keeping a close eye on competitors
• Onboard influencers and manage an influencer network and influencer driven growth among the south east asian diaspora, in the UK, USA, Europe and Canada.
• Develop and manage a B2B partnership network to drive online growth
• Manage Public Relations for us to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders e.g. Publications, Media Channels, Celebrities and PR Agencies
• Conduct market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
• Support and collaborate with various teams within us to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
• Engage in cross-functional responsibilities and assist the team where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Account Creation and Work Management: Independently complete work such as creating accounts in related platforms, analysing targeted users, optimising ads contents, improving overall ROI, etc.
• Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with designers to develop ads content plan, based on data analysis and user portrays for overseas users.
• Strategic Planning: Communicate closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing proper digital growth strategies in an orchestrated way.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep track on latest industry trends, keeping a close eye on competitors.
• Influencer Management: Onboard influencers and manage an influencer network and influencer driven growth among the south east asian diaspora, in the UK, USA, Europe and Canada.
• Partnership Development: Develop and manage a B2B partnership network to drive online growth.
• Public Relations: Manage Public Relations for us to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders e.g. Publications, Media Channels, Celebrities and PR Agencies.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support and collaborate with various teams within us to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
• Team Assistance: Engage in cross-functional responsibilities and assist the team where needed.

Requirements:

• Understanding Ads Content Development: In-depth understanding of all aspects of ads content development, testing, and optimization.
• Understanding Paid Ads Channels: In-depth understanding of Facebook / Google / Tik Tok / Youtube and other paid ads channels.
• Performance Marketing Experience: 2-4 years' experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms such as google, facebook and tik tok.
• Communication Skills: Excellent speaking, writing and people management skills;
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
• Network: A strong network in the South East Asian disapora community is a plus.
